  I read somewhere that the average person can spend up to 3 years of their life in the bathroom. If you are going to spend that much time in your bathroom, you might as well make sure you have a bathroom that can make the experience as pleasurable as possible. At our initial enquiry at the shop in Grovebury Road, we met Pete Jr who explained the process of design to fitting. A key element that attracted us was that they would supply all tradesmen as part of the package. A site visit a few days later allowed Pete to see what our bathroom looked like and explored what we wanted. His knowledge of what could and couldn’t be done was impressive. We wanted the bath turned around – no problem they could do that. We wanted a good shower – no problem they could do that. We wanted a unit under the sink – no problem they could do that too. He listened and explained everything. Before the quote came in I went see a neighbour who had his bathroom installed by The Wright Tile. I have to say, it was very impressive to see a finished product, and to get his views on the service he had received. He was impressed with what they did and recommended them outright without hesitation. After the quote came in, we went to the shop to look at specific items. The shop is jammed with things all bathroom. I didn’t realise there was so much and Pete took time to explain everything and made sensible suggestions when we wandered off into dreamland. Nothing was too much trouble. Dates for installation were identified and once we decided to go ahead, Pete again took time to ring and explain various aspects of the installation. The installation was completed in 12 days. Jason was our allocated fitter. He arrived promptly everyday to allow us to get to work, and explained what work he would be doing that day as well as the plan for the week. He answered every question I had (and I had a few) putting me at ease . He was really pleasant too deal with and gave us a warm reassurance throughout the installation. The old bathroom was out in a day, initial pipe work for the new bath done in a day, and a lot of other prep work carried out in the first few days. What I particularly liked was the fact that at the end of everyday they left it clean and tidy, as well as some basic facilities. We were then introduced to Tony the Tiler. This guy can tile! His attention to detail and craftsmanship alone warrant consideration for using The Wright Tile. Again a really pleasant person to deal with, explained everything, checked detail and then just cracked on with it. The end product was exactly what I had expected. Having seen my neighbours installation, I knew what the expect, and The Wright Tile delivered my expectation, and, if I am honest, a lot more. The transformation from what we had before to what we have got now is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of The Wright Tile. Like my neighbour, I will not hesitate to recommend them. The customer service we received throughout this project was in my opinion exceptional and went beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail is impressive. And even after its all finished, I have been assured that if there are any issues give them a ring. If you are considering have a new bathroom, then I would strongly suggest you give The Wright Tile some serious consideration.
