  Ann's Bridal cancelled my appointment 3 hours before without explanation By TEXT! I tried to call the mobile number that sent the text and the shops number to discuss why they had cancelled but no one answered and the answer machine was full. I sent a reply text but never heard anything back. I'd taken a day off work for this and so had my party. Not good customer service at all. I won't be rebooking with this bridal shop.

  Avoid. Poor customer service. I have been into shop on two occasions to discuss this. They are simply not interested. I used the shop to purchase my daughters wedding dress in February 2016 for a wedding in April 2017. We initially chose one dress but returned to the shop the following week and got re- fitted for a new dress. We were told that the dress would be ready in around six months. We were finally contacted in December - ten months later! My daughter made arrangements to visit to try the dress on - the shop couldn't find it. We were pretty anxious at this stage. Nearly £2,000 spent in February and now it was December and we had not seen the dress. When they tracked the dress down my daughter went for a fitting just before Christmas. The dress did not fit. The shop had ordered the wrong size. They offered to pay for alterations - this proved to be tricky due to the amount of fabric available. We changed some of he dress design through necessity and due to this didn't need the veil. Anne's will not refund on the veil. We did not even know if the dress would fit until the night before the wedding due to the extensive alterations needed. Anne's have not said sorry to my daughter. Not sent flowers. Not refunded the unwanted veil that is still in their shop. They certainly haven't offered compensation. They have our contact details. Shocking customer service. AVOID.
